By blending structured curriculum with creative play, we help children develop academic skills, emotional intelligence, and social confidence in a home-away-from-home setting.
Who We Are
C4D Kidz was founded in 2018 by Curtis Singleton, a passionate community leader whose mission is to empower families and inspire children to reach their full potential.
Curtis’ journey began in North Philadelphia, where he experienced firsthand the challenges facing youth in underserved communities. Determined to make a difference, he launched Early Life Advancement in 2004, a mentorship program that offered positive leadership to local youth. Over time, this evolved into Change 4a Dollar, a program focused on teaching financial literacy and life skills to students and families.
From these beginnings, the C4D brand was born. In 2018, Curtis opened his first full-service childcare center, combining education, mentorship, and family empowerment under one roof. By 2021, all of his youth and family programs came together to form C4D Kidz, fulfilling his lifelong vision of supporting children from birth through high school.

Curtis Singleton – Founder & Visionary
Curtis Singleton is the founder of C4D Kidz, LLC, and a passionate advocate for education, empowerment, and community development. His journey from growing up in North Philadelphia to founding a thriving network of youth programs and childcare centers is a testament to his belief that change begins with opportunity.
His partnerships with organizations such as PNC Bank, Wells Fargo, the Philadelphia 76ers, Operation Hope, and Junior Achievement have impacted hundreds of students and families across Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Through C4D Kidz, Curtis continues his mission to inspire the next generation, combining education, mentorship, and life skills to create lasting change.
